Warm Walnut with Brass Details

This substantial serving board pairs the deep color and natural grain of black walnut with carefully placed solid-brass dot inlays. The contrast adds a refined detail without taking attention away from the character of the wood.

Each board is precision-machined and finished by hand in my Northern California shop. Natural variations in walnut grain and color ensure that every board is one of a kind.

Designed for Serving and Presentation

Use the board to present cheese, charcuterie, crackers, fruit, appetizers, or desserts. Its generous size and distinctive materials make it equally suited to everyday entertaining and special occasions.

Because of the brass inlays, this piece is intended primarily as a serving and presentation board rather than a chopping surface. Cutting directly over the brass may damage knife edges or scratch the inlays.

Finish Options

Select your preferred finish using the options above. If the board will be used for direct food contact, choose a finish specifically identified as food-safe. Avoid prolonged contact between the brass and wet or acidic foods, and do not place the board in a dishwasher or leave it soaking in water.
