    A Grounding Addition to Your Wellness Routine

    The StrataReflex Acupressure Board provides a textured surface for mindful foot stimulation while standing or sitting. Its varied pressure-point heights create a range of sensations across the feet, allowing you to adjust your use according to your comfort level.

    Use it barefoot for more direct contact or with socks for a gentler experience.

    The Board

    Each StrataReflex board is precision CNC-machined from Baltic birch plywood, then carefully routed and sanded by hand in my Northern California shop.

    The layered plywood construction gives the board a distinctive striped appearance while providing a stable base for the individual pressure points.

    Four Pressure-Point Heights

    • 9/16″ — approximately 14 mm
    • 7/16″ — approximately 11 mm
    • ⅜″ — approximately 10 mm
    • ¼″ — approximately 6 mm

    The four heights are distributed across a single board to provide varied contact and sensation.

    How to Use It

    • Place the board on a flat, stable, non-slip surface
    • Begin while seated or near a stable support
    • Wear socks for gentler contact or use barefoot for stronger sensation
    • Start with short sessions and increase gradually according to comfort
    • Stop using the board if you experience pain, numbness, dizziness, or unusual discomfort

    Available Finishes

    Choose an unfinished board or satin lacquer using the options above. The unfinished version retains the natural feel of the Baltic birch plywood, while satin lacquer provides a sealed surface.
